摘要
报道了电动汽车用MH Ni电池的研制。通过优化设计单体及组合电池结构 ,优选正负极原材料及配方 ,提高了电池质量比能量 ,使之达到 63Wh/kg ;在改进正极配方的基础上优选电池化成制度 ,采用闭口化成的方法 ,提高电池倍率放电性能 ;3C率放电达到额定容量的 80 .95 % ,同时提高了电池的高温充电效率 ;电池在 45℃下以 0 .2C充电 ,标准放电达到额定容量的 80 % ;另外 ,通过优选电液、隔膜及对生产工艺的改进 ,提高了电池的高温性能 ,延长了电池寿命。将电池装车进行实效运行实验 ,一次充电行驶里程为 2 5 7km。
Research on Ni MH battery for electric vehicle (EV) is reported. The specific energy of Ni MH battery was improved by modifying the raw materials and the proportion of positive/negative and optimizing the structure designs of single cell and battery pack. Its discharge capacity at high rate and charge efficiency at high temperature were also increased by adopting the sealed formation regime. In addition, the high temperature performance and life of the Ni MH battery were improved. The testing results show that its specific energy is up to 63 Wh/kg; the discharge capacity at 3 C rate is up to 80.95% of its nominal capacity; the charge capacity at 45 ℃, 0.2 C rate is up to 80% of its nominal capacity; the range of EV powered by the Ni MH battery is 257 km before recharge.
