摘要 介绍了一种采用数字比例积分 (PI)调节算法来实现恒流 恒压充电功能的锂离子蓄电池性能测试设备。该设备可以对单体及组合锂离子蓄电池的性能进行全面分析测试 ,并按检测出的电池容量及特性曲线对电池进行分选。数字PI调节算法在该设备中的成功运用不仅加快了充电电流调节速度 ,提高了测试精度 ,减少了硬件控制环节 ,提高了设备的稳定性 ,而且节约了设备开发制造成本。实际测试结果表明 ,该算法精确度高 ,可使恒压误差控制在± 2 A performance testing equipment for charging Li ion battery at constant current/voltage controlled by digital adjustment algorithm was introduced. The equipment can analyzed and test the overall performances of single Li ion cell and Li ion battery pack, and is capable of classifying Li ion batteries according to the test results of capacity and the property curves. The successful application of PI adjustment algorithm in the equipment not only improves the adjusting rate of charge current, the testing accuracy and the stability of equipment, but also reduces the control hardware and the cost of development and manufacture. The results of practice test show that the high accuracy of the algorithm can limit the constant voltage error within ±20 mV.
