摘要
本实验采用放射免疫的方法测定了猪乳及仔猪血清中IL - 2含量变化 ,结果初乳、产后 5d、产后 10d的乳中IL - 2含量分别为 2 1.96、6.75、1.71ng ml,以初乳中含量最高 ;仔猪 1日龄、3日龄、6日龄、10日龄、15日龄血清中IL - 2含量分别为 1.32、3 .18、6.4 5、7.37、9.2 2ng ml,呈逐渐增高变化。
IL-2 content changes in swine milk and piglet blood serum were determined by radioimmunoassay. The result showed that IL-2 content was 21.96, 6.75, 1.71 ng/ml in the colostrum, milk 5 days and 10 days post partum respectively. IL-2 content was 1.32, 3.18, 6.45, 7.37, 9.22 ng/ml in the serum of 1, 3, 6, 10, 15 day-old piglets, with on increasing tendency in the piglet serum along with their age.
