As our countrys feed industry is growing mature ,it is very urgent for the enterpriseses to make considerate plans, form excellent management ideas and establish modern enterprise management system .In order to offer middle or small scaled feed interprises a reference in the process of seeking new ways of healthy development, the thesis discussed the conception of familial management, its current state and the corresponding strategies of improvement.
