Breeding and study of genic and cytoplasmic double-MS line in rapeseed( Brassica napus L.)

在甘蓝型油菜杂种优势利用中 ,细胞核雄性不育系和细胞质雄性不育系都有各自的优缺点 ,细胞核 +细胞质双重不育系的选育和研究是发挥二者的优势、克服缺点的有效途径。本文报道细胞核 +细胞质双重不育系GCDA - 1和GCDA - 2的育成经过及在这方面研究取得的成果和最新进展 ,主要包括双重不育系的选育模式、育性表现、品质特点和杂种的产量水平以及形态学。

In order to overcome the drawback and combine the advantage of GMS line and CMS line in utilization of hybrid vigor in rapeseed,the breeding and study of genic and cytoplasmic double MS line was an effective way.In present paper,the achievement and new progress,including breeding pattern,fertile express,quality feature,hybrid yield potential and the fundamental research such as morphology,genetics and physiological biochemical characteristic were summarized and discussed.
