摘要
作者建立了一种早期诊断呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染的方法-ELI-SA双抗体夹心法检测鼻咽分泌物中RSV抗原(NPS-ELISA)。应用本法与检测鼻咽脱落细胞内RSV抗原的NPS-IF法对165例临床诊断为病毒性下呼吸道感染的患婴进行诊断,结果本法证明RSV感染阳性者为68例(41.21%),NPS-IF法为61例(36.97%)。二者阳性诊断符合率和总诊断符合率分别是100%和95.67%。本文说明NPS-ELISA法特异,敏感简便,是早期诊断RSV感染的较理想方法。
Here reports a new technique-detection of respi- ratory syncytial virus ( RSV) antigen in nasopharyngal secretion ( NPS ) by EL I SA for early and rapid diagnosis of RSV infection ( NPS-EL I SA ) , 66 of 165 infants suffering from lower acute res- piratory infection were diagnosed with RSV infection by this method; as comparison, 61 were diagnosed by I F for detection of RSV antigen in exfoliated cells in NPS(NPS-I F), The positive and total coincidence between NPS-ELISA and NPS-IF was 100% and 95.76%, respectively, The results of the paper show that RSV antigen detection by ELISA markedly increases the potential of early and rapid diagnosis of RSV infection in everyday clinical practice.
