微小牛蜱的染色体核型初报

KARYOTYPE OF CATTLE TICKS

采用气干法制备微小牛蜱胚细胞染色体,其正常核型2n=21,×0(♂),2n=22,××(♀)。个别细胞存在2条超数染色体。
