摘要
面对基因科学迅速发展的“后基因组时代” ,思考中医药功能基因组学研究的基本框架 ,提议从基因表达水平开展中医辨证分型和诊断研究 ,中药作用靶基因研究 ,中药有效成份及配伍的研究 ,中药单、复方的筛选 ,中药安全性评价。利用基因表达谱分析技术 ,研究中医药作用的功能基因组学 。
Facing the post genome times of speedy development of gene science,thinking the basic frame of TCM functional genomics research,it's proposed from the gene expression level to carry out the studies of TCM differentiation styles and diagnostics,study of target gene of Chinese drug action,the study of effective components and compatibility of Chinese drugs,the screening of Chinese simple and compound recipe and the safty evaluation of Chinese drugs.Make use of analytical technology of gene expression to study the functional genomics of TCM action and promote the development of TCM theories and make the pharmaceutics of Chinese drugs to go to international markets.
