杨继荪治疗老年糖尿病的经验

Yang Jishun's Experiences in Treating Senile Diabetes-65 Cases of Clinical Report

观察名老中医杨继荪辨证治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效 ,将65例老年糖尿病分为阴虚挟瘀型41例、阴阳两虚型24例 ,分别用养阴清热、滋肾化瘀、滋阴补肾、益气化瘀法治疗 ,结果总有效率90 77%。认为老年糖尿病患者多具“虚”和“瘀”的病理特点 ,采用养阴清热、益气补肾 ,活血化瘀、调整阴阳法有明显疗效。

To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of famous old TCM doctor Yang Jishun's experiences in treating diabetes based on differention of symptoms and signs.65 cases of senile diabetes were divided to 41 cases of yin deficiency with stasis and 24 cases of sufficiency in both yin and yang which were respectively treated by the methods of nourishing yin to clear away heat,replenishing stomach to remove stasis,replenishing yin to nourish kidney and supplementing qi to remove stasis with total effective rate 90 77%.It's concluded that most of senile diabetes patients are characterized by deficiency and stasis in pathology,it has obvious therapeutic effect by nourishing yin to clear away heat,replenishing qi to nourish stomach,promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and regulating yin and yang.
