摘要
目的 :探讨茵陈蒿汤保肝作用的效应物质基础。方法 :用氯仿、乙酸乙酯分别萃取茵陈蒿汤醇提物得到氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位及剩余乙醇提取物 ,观察其对CCl4、D GalN+LPS和BCG +LPS诱导的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。结果 :氯仿部位及乙酸乙酯部位有降低ALT活性的作用 ,茵陈蒿汤醇提取物氯仿萃取部位优于乙酸乙酯及醇提部位。结论
Explore the efficacy substantial basis to the liver protection of Yinchenhao Tang.Methoed:Get Yinchengao Tang extract with cholorform and ethylacetate,respectively take out the extracts from cholorform part,ethylacetate part and the rest alcohol extract,then observe their protection to rats'damaged liver induced by CCl4 D-Ga1N+LPS and BCG+LPS.Result:Cholorform part and ethylacetate part can reduce ALT activity,the cholorform extract part in the alcohol extract of Yinchenhao Tang was better than ethylacetate and its alcohol extract part.Conclusion:The efficacy substance of Yinchenhao Tang't liver protectiong my be concentrated in the cholorform extract part of alcohol extract.
