加味生脉二至汤对免疫介导再生障碍性贫血模型肠系膜微循环的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :观察加味生脉二至汤对免疫介导的再生障碍性贫血(IAA)小鼠微循环的改善作用 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法 :取自DBA/2小鼠的胸腺淋巴结单细胞悬液 ,输入经亚致死剂量γ 射线照射后的Balb/c小鼠 ,制作IAA模型。分别予以生理盐水和不同剂量的加味生脉二至汤方煎出液灌胃。于给药第4、8和10天麻醉下活体观察肠系膜微血管的状态(管径、流态等)。结果 :①血管管径 :模型组、药物Ⅰ组、药物对照组低于正常组 ,有明显差异(P<0 05) ,给药Ⅱ组与正常组相比无显著性差异 ;②血液流态 :给药组明显优于模型组(P<0 05) ,给药组组间无明显差异(P>0 05)。结论 :实验用加味生脉二至汤能改善再生障碍性贫血(简称再障) Observe the improvement of JSED on mouse microcirculation of immune transmitted aplastic anemia(IAA),and provide proof for clinicaldescription.Methods:Take thymicolymphatic unicell suspensionfrommouse into Balb/c mouse which is irradiated by sub lethaldosage of r ray to make IAA model,make stomach perfusion with normal saline and different dosage of JSED respectively.After giving medicine for 4,8 and 10 days,make viviperception of the mesenteric microvessel conditions(vessel diameter and fluxion,etc.)under anesthesia.Results:(1)Vessel diameters:these of model group,medicine group I and medicine control group are lower than that of normal group with marked difference(P<0 05),there is no obvious difference between medicine group Ⅱ and normal group(P>0 05);(2)blood fluxion:medicine groups are much better than model group(P<0 05),no differences between medicine groups(P>0 05).Conclusion :JSED can obviously improve the blood fluxion of mouse model's mesenteric microvessel with IAA.
