血清抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体的表达与妊娠高血压综合征发病的关系

Relationship between the Expression of Antinutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies and Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

目的 探讨孕中、晚期孕妇血清抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体 (antinutrophil cytoplasmic an-tiodies,ANCA)的表达与发生妊娠高血压综合征 (简称妊高征 )之间的关系。 方法 采用前瞻性研究方法 ,选择在我院妇产科门诊进行产前检查并住院分娩的 35 1例孕中、晚期妇女作为研究对象 ,用间接免疫荧光法检测其 ANCA的表达及类型 ,观察至分娩。 结果 35 1例孕妇中 ANCA阳性者 41例 ,发生妊高征者 6例 (14.6 3% ) ,ANCA阴性者发生妊高征 2 3例 (7.42 % ) ,两者比较差异无显著性(P>0 .0 5 ) ,ANCA阳性和阴性孕妇早产、低出生体重和胎儿窘迫的发生率 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 ANCA可能参与了妊高征的发生发展过程 。

Objective The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between the expression of Antinutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA) in middle or late pregnant metaphase and the onset of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods Bloods samples were obtained from 351 pregnant women during 26~34 weeks' gestation. ANCA was detected by indirect immunfloursence. Results Among 351 pregnant women, 41 cases were ANCA positive. 6 of 33 ANCA positive pregnant women(14.63%) developed to PIH, and 23 of 222 ANCA negative pregnant women (7.42%) came to PIH. No statistic significance was shown between the two groups(P>0.05).Also no difference was found in PIH patients with positive or negative ANCA. in the incidence of premature delivery, Low Birth Weight, and fetal distress(P>0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that ANCA may be contribute to the pathogenesis of PIH. The exactly role of ANCA in the pathogenesis of PIH remains unknown.
