摘要
目的 通过sucB基因序列比较 ,了解贝氏柯克斯体分离株的一些遗传特征。方法 对 16株贝氏柯克斯体分离株的sucB基因进行扩增、测序和分析。结果 sucB基因 113 7bp序列中 ,仅发现 3个位置的碱基突变 ,引起 3个氨基酸的改变。从 3个碱基突变可大致将这些分离株分为两大群。结论 sucB基因在贝氏柯克斯体是一个很保守的酶基因。群的划分似与分离株的质粒型有很大的相关性 ,而与疾病形式和分离株的地理分布相关性较少。
Objective To explore the characters of different isolates of Coxiella burnetii by comparing their suc B gene sequences. Methods The suc B genes of 16 different Coxiella burnetii isolates were amplified, sequenced and analyzed. Results Only 3 nucleotide mutations were observed in the 1 137 bp DNA sequence of the suc B gene, which leading to 3 differentiations of amino acids. Conclusion The results show that the suc B is a conserved enzyme gene in Coxiella burnetii . Three genomic groups roughly defined by the 3 nucleotide mutations are related to the plasmid types of Coxiella burnetii and has little association with disease forms (acute/chronic) and geographical sources of the isolates.
