摘要
目的 运用重复片段引物PCR的分析方法对鲍曼不动杆菌进行分子分型研究。方法 选用肠杆菌科基因间的的重复序列 (ERIC)为引物进行PCR扩增 ,对 2 2株鲍曼不动杆菌进行分型研究 ,并与生物学分型及抗生素耐药结果进行比较。结果 经重复片段引物PCR的方法 ,分离出 6种不同基因型的鲍曼不动杆菌 ,而生物学分型只有 2种 ,且与抗生素谱较为相关。结论 该方法简便易行 ,且重复性好 ,适合于医院感染流行病学研究。
Objective To type bacteria Acinetobacter baumannii by enterbacter repetitive intergenic consensus PCR (ERIC PCR) and apply the results in the clinical strain identification and epidemiology investigation. Methods With ERIC sequence as a primer, DNA products clinically isolated from 22 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii by Rep PCR was analyzed, and compared with the antibiotic susceptibility spectrums and the results of conventional biotyping. Results With aid of ERIC PCR, the 22 strains of the bacterium were divided into 6 profiles, which were correlated to the antibiotic susceptibility spectrums. But biotyping methods only got 2 profiles. Conclusion The method is practical and repetitive for molecular epidemology research in nosocomial infection.
