肺癌组织NOS活性与MVD的关系及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究肺癌患者肿瘤组织中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的活性与肿瘤组织微血管密度 (MVD)的关系及其临床意义。方法 采用分光光度法检测 3 0例肺癌患者肿瘤组织中NOS的活性 ,抗Ⅷ因子抗体染色法计数肿瘤组织微血管密度 (MVD) ,并分析其与肿瘤恶性行为之间的关系。结果 肺癌患者肿瘤组织中NOS活性和MVD与肿瘤组织学分级、淋巴结转移明显相关。肿瘤组织中NOS活性和MVD组织学Ⅱ级明显高于Ⅰ级 (P <0 0 5 ,P〈0 0 1) ,Ⅲ级明显高于Ⅱ级 (P <0 0 1) ,有淋巴结转移者明显高于未转移者(P <0 0 1)。肿瘤组织中MVD随NOS活性而增高。结论 肺癌患者肿瘤组织中NOS活性随肿瘤恶性程度而增高 ,与其促进肿瘤血管生成有关。 Objective To study the relationship between the activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and carcinoma angiogenesis in lung cancer tissues and their clinical significance. Methods NOS activity in lung cancer tissue was measured with spectrophotometry. Microvessal density(MVD) was obtained by counting endothelial cells immunostained with anti factor Ⅷ antibody. Clinical value of NOS activity and MVD were analyzed. Results NOS activity and MVD in lung cancer tissue were significantly higher in histologic gradeⅡ patients than those in gradeⅠ( P <0.05,0.01), higher in gradeⅢ than in gradeⅡ( P <0.01), higher in those with lymph node metastasis than those without ( P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between NOS activity and MVD( P <0.01). Conclusion NOS activity is significantly related to the malignant behavior of lung cancer, possibly because of its accelerating of carcinoma angiogenesis.
