延庆县生态旅游有效管理与可持续发展研究

Study on the Effective Management and Sustainable Development of Ecotourism in Yanqing County, Beijing

生态旅游具有自身的理论基础、判定标准与规划原则。延庆县具有发展生态旅游的良好条件。对于延庆县生态旅游的发展 ,提出了“一体两翼三中心”的总体布局构想 ,划分出生态旅游“六大功能区” ,设计了延庆县“四大生态旅游环线” ,指出了应优先发展的景区与项目 ,研究了主要景区环境容量、旅游规模与设施建设 ,以及生态旅游发展的措施与保障体系。

Ecotourism has its own theory base, judgement standards, and planning principles. Yanqing County has good conditions for developing ecotourism. The suggestion is given about the overall plan for development of ecotourism in Yanqing, which can be described as “one entirety, two flanks, and three centers”. The county is divided into six functional areas, and the four ecotourism roads are designed. It points out the priority of the scenic spots and projections, and studys the environmental capacity of the main scenic spots, and the construction of the tourism facilities. It points out the way and guarantee system to develop ecotourism in Yanqing County too.
