摘要
分析了推土机U型架在正载工况下所受外载荷 ,建立了有限元分析模型 ,求得了结构应力及变形分布。结果表明U型架危险截面在其前端弯曲处 ,为推土机U型架结构的改进提供了依据。
The external load born by the U-shape frame is analyzed under normal load condition.A finite element analysis model is established.The distributions of the structural stresses and deformations are obtained.The results show that the dangerous section lies at the front bending part of U-shape frame.This provides a design basis for the structure optimization of the U-shape frame.
