摘要
从热力学角度研究了煤燃烧中钙基固硫剂反应中的自由能与温度的关系函数 ,得出了煤在高温条件下燃烧不利于固硫反应。根据质量作用定律 ,得出硫酸钙分解反应的一级动力学方程及其相关参数。在还原性气氛中 ,从理论和实验上都证明硫酸钙在较低温度下会发生二次分解 ,并得出了理论分解温度。煤灰中氧化钙和三氧化二铝的存在 ,可以提高硫酸钙的分解温度 ,有利于固硫率的提高。同时给出了钙基固硫剂的应用条件。
The paper deals with the relational function of free energy and temperature about Calcium Sulphate. The release of sulfur dioxide from calcium sulphate increases with temperature as well as with the concentration of the reducing agent carbon monoxide and char. Of the reducing agents considered, cardon monoxide is more reactive followed by char. Reactivity rate as well as constant are given. Ca0 and Al 2O 3 in ash can raise decomposing temperature of calcium sulphate. Application condition of calcium desulphate is obtained.
