Abtract This paper describs the cold-harm with low temperature meteorologic orecast expert system's structure, funetion,deduce machinery and calculation method of certain factors. It not only gives representation of meteorologic acknowledge and database technology, but also points out the expert system applies widely to meteorologic range in future.
