摘要
随着教育改革的深入发展和素质教育的全面实施 ,高等师范院校在培养合格师资中的地位和作用更加受到重视。本文针对中学减负的现状和对传统师范教育的反思 ,参照国际师范教育的历史现状和发展趋势 ,探讨高等师范教育如何主动适应教育现代化的历史进程和中学教育改革的需要 。
With the intensive development of educational reform and the extensive implementation of quality education,greater importance is being attached to the role of higher teachers' college in training qualified teachers, In view of home work remission in Secondany school and the drawbacks of traditional teachers'training,this essay discusses how our teachers training can adapt itself to the development of modernized education and the need of reform in secondary school with refrence to the progress of international teachers' training.
