摘要
采用酸性染料比色法测定道古勒·额布斯— 7汤中苦参总生物碱的含量 ,结果平均回收率为 98 3% ,RSD =0 70 % ,线性范围为 3 33～ 16 6 7μg/ml.
The content of total alkaloids from radix sophorae flavescentis(TARSF)in Daoguleebusi-7 decoction was determined by acid dyes chromometry.The average recovery was 98.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.7%,the linear range was 3.33～16.67 μg/ml.
