简要论述了钢筋混凝土框架结构二阶效应的研究方法以及各国规范在此问题上的处理方法 ,并对各国规范进行了简要的对比 ,对比的结果表明我国规范离世界先进水平还有一定的距离 .

The current design procedures of second order effect for reinforced concrete frames and the method of code procedures in different country in this problem are introduced.By coutrasting different code procedures,it is indicated that there exists definite distance between GBJ code procedure and advanced level in the world.
