随着国企改革的不断深入，企业破产在实施的过程中，出现了借玻产逃债的假破产问题，给当前的改革工作造成很多诸如破坏我国金融秩序、破产后的连锁反应及影响资产管理工作等不良的影响，为此，应严格按《破产法》和市场经济的规律办事，加强企业玻产的监督检查和企业玻产中的资产评估管理工作．

With the further development of the reform of state enterprises, and in the enforcement of enterprise bankruptcy, false bankruptcy appears for the sake of evading debts, which has brought bad influences on the reform in the aspects of our financial order, the chain reflection after bankruptcy and assets management. So we should act on the 'Law of Bankruptcy' and strengthen the supervision of enterprise bankruptcy and the assets evaluation.
