摘要
目的 观察原发性高血压患者红细胞表面胰岛素受体密度和亲和力变化。方法 应用放射受体分析测定受体密度和亲和力。结果 原发性高血压患者红细胞表面胰岛素高亲和力受体数目显著减少 ,且受体减少与甘油三酯浓度升高相关。
Objective To observe the changes of density and affinity of insulin receptor on erythrocytes surface in patients with essential hypertension.Method The density and the affinity of the insulin receptors on erythrocytes were determined by the radioreceptor assay in patients with hypertension.Results The number of the high affinity receptors was significantly reduced in patients with essential hypertension and the decrease of the number of insulin receptor was related to the hypertriglyceridemia.Conclusion The decrease of the number of the high affinity insulin receptors is more likely the important mechanism of the insulin resistance in essential hypertension.
