肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的手术治疗

The operation of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction

目的 探讨肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的手术治疗方法。方法 对 12例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻患者全部采取开放手术即连续性倒瓣肾盂成形术和离断性肾盂成形术。结果 离断性肾盂成形术效果比连续性肾盂成形术效果好。

Objective To study the surgical procedures for obstruction at ureteropelvic junction.Methods 12 cases of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction were treated with open surgery-continuous pyeloplasty and Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty.Results Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty is more effective than continuous pyeloplasty.Conclusions Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty is considered an ideal operative procedure for the treatment of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction.
