Influences of the treatments during the blood specimen collection on the ECP level determination

摘要 目的 研究血液样品采集过程中温度、溶血和抗凝剂对嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)水平的影响。方法 收集 1 0名健康志愿受试者静脉血标本 ,在 6种不同条件 (0℃ ,2 2℃ ,37℃ ,溶血 ,肝素钠 ,EDTA)下处理后 ,用固相双位点酶放大化学发光法检测ECP水平 ,探讨上述因素对ECP测定结果的影响。结果  0℃组和 2 2℃组血清ECP水平分别为 (2 .3± 0 .95)mg/L和 (2 .2 8± 0 .97)mg/L ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ;37℃组血清ECP水平为 (1 8.94± 1 0 .55)mg/L ,明显高于前两组 (均P <0 0 1 ) ;溶血组ECP水平为 (2 4 .58± 1 0 .75)mg/L ,是所有各组中最高的 ;以肝素钠和EDTA抗凝的血浆ECP水平分别为 (2 1 6± 0 .94)mg/L和 (3 .84± 1 .51 )mg/L ,与血清对照组的差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 温度、溶血对ECP水平有不同程度的影响 ;抗凝剂对ECP水平影响不显著 。 Objective Study on the influences of the treatments including temperature, hemolysis and anti coagulation agent during the blood samples collection on the ECP level Methods Blood samples were drew from the veins of 10 healthy volunteers and treated under 6 different conditions (0℃, 22℃, 37℃, hemolysis, sodium heparin and EDTA) ECP levels were determined by using immobile double site enzyme amplified chemiluminescence immunoassay The influences of the treatments on ECP determination were discussed Results The serum ECP level of the treatment under 37℃ was significantly high ( P <0 01) than that under 0℃ and 22℃, while there was no significant difference ( P >0 05) between the later two treatments The highest ECP level was observed in the treatment of hemolysis The plasma ECP levels which were treated by sodium heparin and EDTA were not significantly different from the control group ( P >0 05) Conclusion Temperature and hemolysis affected the ECP level in different degrees But there was no significant influence of anti coagulation agent on the ECP level It could be concluded from our study that coagulation of the blood was not necessary to the ECP determination
