摘要
采用自由基溶液聚合法 ,以硝酸铈铵 (CAN) 酸为引发体系 ,在淀粉与二甲基丙烯酸酯乙基季铵丙磺酸内盐 (DMAPS)的二元接枝共聚反应的基础上 ,研究了淀粉与丙烯酰胺AM和DMAPS的三元接枝共聚反应 ,并着重比较了丙烯酰胺的加入对接枝反应条件以及接枝产物结构性能的影响。应用了红外光谱及元素分析对产物进行了结构表征 。
The graft copolymer of starch with acrylamide (AM) and [2-(methacryloylox)ethyl]dimethyl(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium hydroxide(DMAPS) was synthesized in aqueous solution using ammonium ceric nitrate/acid redox system as the initiator. The effects of various factors, such as the concentrations of ammonium ceric nitrate, catalyst acid, starch and monomer, as well as the temperature and time, on the graft copolymerizations of starch-AM-DMAPS and starch-DMAPS, were investigated comparatively. The performance of the graft copolymers applied as clay-hydration inhibitors in oil field drilling fluid was examined. In addition, the graft copolymers were characterized by infrared analysis and elemental analysis.
