摘要
利用分解袋法研究城镇生活污水排放对红树植物桐花树叶片实地分解的影响。结果显示 ,在实验开始两周后 ,桐花树叶片在对照样带分解的速度显著快于在污水样带分解的速度。排污样带和对照样带分解袋内叶片的初始非灰分物质干质量 (AFDM)损失一半所需的时间分别是 41d和 32d。然而 ,分解过程中叶片的氮。
An in situ experiment, using litterbags, was carried out in a mangrove swamp in Shenzhen to study the effect of municipal sewage discharge on the decomposition of leaves of Aegiceras corniculatum. The preliminary results showed that leaves of A.corniculatum decomposed much slowly in Site A (receiving sewage) than in Site B (serving as a control, P<0.05). The durations for losing half of the initial AFDM of the A.corniculatum leaves in the litter bags in Sites A and B were 41 and 32 days, respectively. No significant differences in concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus and total organic carbon in the leaf detritus were found between the two sites.
