摘要
根据水平管外蒸气轴向流动速度随轴向距离的增加而逐渐减小的流动特性 ,建立了边界层外蒸气轴向流动速度方程 ,通过对数学模型的数值求解 ,得到了无量纲液膜厚度及凝结换热系数的数值解 ,同时得出了蒸气轴向流动速度随轴向坐标 z的变化关系 .并通过实验进行了验证 ,理论计算结果与实验结果吻合得较好 .通过数据整理得到了实验关联式 .
Based on the characteristics of the steam velocity along the tube decreasing with the axial distance, the steam velocity equation is achieved. The numerical solution of the dimensionless thickness of the condensation film and the condensation heat transfer coefficient are obtained. In the meantime, the relationship between the steam velocity along the tube and the axial distance is also achieved. The experimental data are compared with the numerical solution, and they agree well.
