摘要
提出一种新的确定注塑成型充模阶段塑料熔体前沿位置的当量距离法 ;并按照流动路径与熔体前沿尽可能正交的原则将模具型腔划分为由浇口起始的若干条流动路径 ,将各条流动路径与不同时刻熔体前沿交织而成的网格用于注塑成型过程的数值模拟计算 。
The equivalent distance method is put forward to determine polymer melt front advancement during injection molding. By making the angle between a flowing path and a melt front curve as big as possible, the mold cavity is divided into a number of flowing paths. The meshes produced by flowing paths and melt front curves are provided for numerical simulation of injection molding, and shrinkage rates of various points in a plastic melt are predicted.
