Reusing software is a feasible way to improve software productivity and software quality.This paper expounds the producing background of software reuse techniques,reusable software library and its functions;described the design?organization and management of RSL reusable software library.The software reuse procedure based on reusable software library are cntroduced;some main problems of software reuse techniques and resolved way,prospects developmental trend of software reuse techniques,are also poinred out.
