Nowadays,the graduates of Teachers colleges and schools must have good personality quality and knowledge quality as well as educating,teaching and scientific research quality because of the education systems reformation and complete implement of quality education.Therefore,only by this way,can we meet the needs of modern education and be in an impregnable position in the employment competition.
