俄罗斯的经济转轨给我们带来很多启示 ,我们应根据自己的国情 ,辩证地吸取他国的经验方法 ,不可照搬照抄 ,私有化绝不意味着就能建立起市场经济 ,在经济转轨过程中 ,还尤其应注重国家的宏观调控作用 ,防止两极分化 ,以人民利益为重。

Russian economic transformation has brought us much enlightenment.In accordance with national conditions,we should dialectically draw foreign experience rather than copy it indiscriminately.Privatization doesn't mean market economy.In the course of economic transformation,importance should be attached to the macroeconomic regulation of the country so as to prevent polarity and set store by the interests of the masses.
