贯彻“以德治国”重要思想构建新时期高校育人新格局

Building a new pattern of educating College students

江泽民同志“以德治国”重要思想具有重大的战略意义和现实意义。面对新的机遇与挑战 ,高等学校必须构建以德治校的育人新格局 ,并从体制、管理、内容、载体、方法、形式、阵地、保障以及队伍建设等九个方面实施“三个一体化”:即决策、管理、运作实施一体化 ;方法、途径、队伍建设一体化 ;反馈、评估、激励机制一体化。

The theory'administering a country by morality'put forward by President Jiang Ze-min is of strategic importance and realistic significance.Facing new opportunities and challenges,universities and colleges should build a new pattern of educating students with morality improvement as the center--'three integral wholes',i.e.decision,management and operation;methods,ways and teachers constrution;feedback,evaluation and encouragement.
