充分调动人的积极性，是企业思想政治工作的主要任务之一。在日常思想政治工作中，正确运用目标激励、挫折激励、公平激励、行为激励、荣誉激励、责任激励，职工的主动性、积极性和创造性就会最大限度发挥出来。

It is one of the important tasks for the ideological and political work to bring the initiative of staffs into a fill play in enterprises. In conventional work, if we employ the encouragement properly when dealing with the affairs of target, failure, justice, behavior, honor and responsibility, the go-aheadism, creativeness and initiative of staffs can give into the largest play.
