机械零件质量是在将原材料生产成产品的生产过程中形成的．生产过程是包含多个子系统的生产系统．鉴于生产系统的灰色性质，应用灰色系统理论将表述机械零件质量的各特性参量的实际效果值进行测度变换，把各目标的效果值变换为统一的效果测度，并用灰色关联模型计算持分析零件质量的实际效果测度序列和设计目标效果测度序列之间的相关程度－关联度，即石油机械零件质量综合评价指标，定量地刻划零件的质量状况．

Quality of machine parts is formed in the process of production, in which raw and processed materials are manufactured into products. The process is the system of production that contains many filial systems. in view of gray properties of system. we apply gray system theory to carry out the measure alternation of actual result values of parameters of properties used to express quality of machine parts. And actual values of targets are varied into unified result measures. Then, applying Grey related model, related degree is calculated, namely, comprehensive evaluative index for quality of parts in petroleum machinery, so that we definitely describe the condition of quality of parts.
