在斯大林时代形成的苏联模式实行单一式所有制形式、指令性计划经济管理体制和超重型经济结构 ,高速发展工业化 ,存在着严重的弊端 ,在现代化道路上出现了种种失误。然而 ,随着时代的变化 ,却没有及时进行改革或改革不得力 ,制约了现代生产力的发展 ,阻碍了现代化的进程 。

Single ownership, mandatory planning economic management and overloaded economic structure, characterized the economic mode of USSR in Stalin's time. However, such a mode has serious drawbacks.
