洁净空调系统是制药洁净厂房不可缺少的重要组成部分。通过不同的检测控制手段 ,确保药品生产过程中的环境要求 ,如“四度”即一定的空气温度、相对湿度、气流速度和洁净度等 ,是全面贯彻GMP要求 ,保障药品质量的必要条件。本文以单元控制器为例 。

Air-conditioning system is an absolutely necessary intergrant for clean production building in the pharmaceutical factory. Environmental requirement must be guaranteed through different detection and control means during medicine production ,which is the prerequisite of assuring the medicine quality. This paper takes the unit controller for example in order to describe the composition and principle of clean air-conditioning system.
