短棒状纳米羟基磷灰石的湿法合成及表征 被引量:32

WET SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATICS OF SHORT ROD-LIKE NANO-PARTICLE HYDROXYAPATITE

摘要 通过简单湿法合成制备了短棒状纳米羟基磷灰石颗粒 .粉体在不同的温度下进行了热处理 ,并用红外光谱、透射电镜及X射线衍射等实验手段对组织、结构及热稳定性进行了表征 .研究表明 ,将适当比例的 (NH4 ) 2 HPO4 和Ca(NO3) 2 晶体混合、振荡、陈化后提纯、烘干 ,可制备出长约 3 0~ 40nm ,直径约 10~ 2 0nm的短棒状纳米羟基磷灰石颗粒 ,这种颗粒结构与通常的针状结构相比更接近于人体骨磷灰石 (长约 40~ 60nm ,宽约 2 0nm) ;该颗粒具有较好的热稳定性 ,60 0℃以下热处理后 ,颗粒结构、尺寸和形貌基本不变 ,分散性较好 ;90 0℃热处理后 。 In this study, nano_particle hydroxyapatite in the shape of short rod with a length of 30-40 nm and a diameter of 10-20 nm was directly synthesized by chemical wet method. The whole process included mixing a suitable ratio of (NH 4) 2HPO 4/Ca(NO 3) 2 into deionized water, vibrating the aqueous solution, centrifugal washing and baking the as_precipitates and heating treatment. The morphology, structure and thermal stability of the material were characterized by FTIR, TEM and XRD. The structure of the nano_particles differ from the typical thin needle_like structure of particles hydrothermally synthesized and is closer to the one in natural bone (40-60 nm length, 20 nm width). The nano_particles keep their shape and size at 600 ℃ but at 900 ℃, the particles appa_ rently grow up and are seriously agglomerated.
