摘要
钙稳定氧化锆 (CSZ)是根据有机物聚合络合法 ,即按照Pechini_type型反应制取的 .将一定量的柠檬酸、乙二醇混合液同ZrOCl2 ·8H2 O和Ca(Ac) 2 ·H2 O在 15 0℃左右发生聚合反应形成一透明的树脂状物质 ,尔后在 45 0℃左右进行炭化 ,得到黑色的混合氧化物前驱体 .对前驱体进行差热和热重分析 ,确定灼烧温度在 10 0 0℃时 ,可得到白色的粉末 .经XRD分析表明 ,得到了立方型的稳定氧化锆 ,晶胞参数为a =5 .10
The preparation of calcium stabilized zirconia by organic polymerized complex method is based on the Pechini_type reaction. A mixture of citric acid, ethylene glycol, zirconium oxychloride and calcium acetate was polymerized to a transparent resinous matter at about 150 ℃. The transparent resinous matter was then carbonized to a black powder at 450 ℃, which was used as precursor for preparing calcium_doped ZrO 2. By heating the precursor at 1 000 ℃ for 6 h, the stabilized cubic ZrO 2 powder was obtained with cell parameter of a =5.1 074 ?, as characterized by XRD.
