摘要
异丁酸与亚硫酰氯反应制得异丁酰氯 ,适宜的反应条件为 :异丁酸滴加温度 2 5~ 3 0℃ ,滴加时间 0 5h ;反应温度 80℃ ,反应时间 1 5h ;收率为 92 %~ 93 % .在催化剂无水三氯化铝存在下 ,甲苯与异丁酰氯进行酰基化反应得 2 甲基 1 (4 甲基苯基 )丙酮 ,收率为 75 % .合成产物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱鉴定结构正确 .
Isobutyryl chloride was synthesized from isobutyric acid and thionyl chloride, the yield was 92 %~93 %.The optimum reaction conditions were dropping temperature 25~30 ℃,dropping time 0.5 h;reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 1.5 h.Toluene was reacted with isobutyryl chloride in the presence of aluminum chloride to give 2 methyl 1 (4 methylphenyl)propanone in 75 % yield.IR and \+1 H NMR spectra showed that the stucture of the product was correct.
