季铵盐HTMAC催化合成乙酸异丁酯

Catalytic Synthesis of Isobutyl Acetate with Quaternary Ammonium Salt HTMAC

以季铵盐HTMAC为催化剂 ,乙酐和异丁醇为原料合成乙酸异丁酯 ,考察影响反应的因素 .结果表明 ,醇酐摩尔比为 1 :1 .2 ,催化剂用量 1 .2 g(乙酐为 0 .1 2mol) ,反应时间为 3 0min ,反应温度为 2 0～ 3 0℃ ,是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯收率可达 95 %以上 .

Synthesis of isobutyl acetate from acetic anhydride and isobutyl alcohol with quaternary ammonicem salt HTMAC as catalyst was studied.The results show that the appropriate conditions are as follows:Weight of catalyst 1.2 g(acetic anhydride,0.12 mol);molar ratio of isobutyl alcohol to acetic anhydride, 1.0∶1.2; reaction time, 25 min;reaction temperature, 20～30 ℃. The yield of esters was over 95 %
