根据企业面临的新形势、新变化,提出了关于建立企业思想政治工作新机制的问题;论述了建立和完善新机制,要从抓好党组织建设入手,解决领导干部认识问题及工作内容和方法的创新问题。

Based on new situation and change, putting forward the problem of establishing new system of business's ideological and political work; illustrating that to establish and perfect new system should begin with the construction of the Party organization; and of the solution of leaders' understanding and innovation of working content and method.
