贫富差距代替以“平均主义”为形式的实际上的不公平,是一种社会进步。当前我国分配领域最突出的问题仍然是平均主义而不是贫富差距。我国目前的贫富差距主要表现在个人、城乡、行业和地区之间的差距。贫富差距的出现促使人们的思维方式、价值观念发生巨大变化,心理承受能力增强,竞争意识深入人心,知识和知识分子受到尊重,同时也导致部分公众的心理失衡。要通过发展经济、打击腐败和违法行为、搞好税收等手段解决贫富差距过度扩大问题。

The problem that disparity is over enlarged should be solved by developing economy, striking corruption and violation of law, well doing tax revenue.
