摘要
综述了丙纶染色改性的主要方法及其改性丙纶的主要性能 ,包括掺混金属化合物、共混聚合物改性法、接枝共聚改性法、复合纤维改性法、纤维表面处理法等 5种丙纶染色改性方法和相应的改性物质及其改性聚丙烯时的优缺点。并指出了丙纶染色改性应从纤维的使用性能。
The main methods of PP fiber dyeing modification and the principal properties of modified PP fibers were reviewed, and as were the technology and the modifiers for five modification methods including mixing metal compounds, blending polymers, grafting copolymerization, composite fiber modification and fiber surface treatment, and the advantage and the disadvantage as well. It was pointed out that the development of PP fiber dyeing modification technology requires simultaneous consideration of fiber performance and technical economical estimation.
