从剖析聚酯切片的制造成本、强调聚酯装置与下游装置的衔接、借鉴国外聚酯装置的建设经验三个方面进行了分析。提出聚酯装置能力应和下游装置能力相匹配 ,一并进行建设 ,才能取得最佳经济效益。单纯增大装置的规模 。

The economic scale of a polyester unit was analyzed according to the production cost of PET chip, the conjunction in PET production line, the experience in the construction of PET projects abroad. It was suggested that a polyester unit should be simultaneously constructed with the downstream units well matched in capacity, thus the optimal economic benefits could be gained. On the contrary, the higher economic benefits couldn't be achieved only by expanding the scale of a polyester unit.
