摘要
采用合适工艺用 10 0 %中纯度对苯二甲酸 (MTA )为原料合成了聚酯切片 ,质量可以达到用PTA为原料生产的切片质量 ,切片也可用于生产 POY-DTY,缩短了过滤器周期 ,降低了生产成本。但产品颜色较黄 ,需加调色剂调整 ,且产生的污水酸值较高 。
Medium\|purified terephthalic acid (MTA) was used as the only feedstock to synthesize polyester chip equal to the chip from PTA in quality. The obtained chip introduced into POY\|DTY production yielded good product quality and reduced the production cost. However, the cycle period of the filter was shortened, the obtained product appeared yellowish, and the production produced seawage with higher acid value.
