摘要
探讨了在 15 kt/ a直纺生产线上生产硅油整理三维卷曲中空涤纶短纤维工艺技术 ,结果表明 :硅油质量 ,调制浓度 ,上油方式 。
The production technology of silicone oil\|finished three\|dimensional crimped hollow PET staple fiber was discussed based on 1.5 kt/a direct spinning line. The key factors affecting the product quality include silicone oil quality and concentration, oiling methods, the equipments and process conditions of relaxation heat setting state.
