摘要
对国产 POY油剂 T&K-112 8与德国进口油剂 K10 5在 POY,DTY的生产应用情况进行了比较 ,探讨了油剂耐热性和 DTY加工过程中的白粉情况。试验证明 ,T&K-112 8涤纶高速纺油剂与 K10 5油剂性能相似 ,且可纺性好 ,产品满卷率及一等品率均较高 ,能满足高速纺丝的要求 ,且价格低廉 。
The results of domestic POY finish T&K\|1128 and the finish K105 imported from Germany respectively applied to POY or DTY production were compared. The heat resistance of the finishes and the whiting generation during DTY production process were discussed. The results proved that the domestic finish is similar with the imported one in properties and gives spinnability, full package and first\|quality percentage extraordinary enough to meet the requirement of high\|speed spinning with greatly decreased production cost due to its lower price.
