摘要
在研究国内外房地产预警监控理论和实践成果的基础上 ,提出了体现我国房地产市场运行特点的房地产预警调控系统的技术要点 。
Based on the study of the real estate early warning control theory and practice all over the world, the technical outline is put forward which is embodying the real estate market proceeding characteristic in China, and the procedure and approach of real estate market early warning control system utilized model early warning theory and method are discussed.
